Job Summary:
- 5 days’ work week (9.00am – 5.00pm)
- Salary up to S$12 per hour
- Locations – Kian Teck Road
- 3 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
- Key-in and update of Purchase and Sales entries.
- Assist with filing of Purchase and Sales documents.
- Assist with email/print/fax documents.
- Assist to prepare documents for billing.
- Laise and co-ordinate with client, trading staff and vendors for Sales and Trading matters.
- Assist Trade department with any related matters when required.
Job Requirement:
- Proficient with Ms Office software
- Good customer orientation
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
