Marketing/Branding Responsibilities:

• Support education & outreach team on programmes with corporations, primary &
secondary schools
Fundraising Outreach & Project Management Responsibilities:
• Establish, maintain and update a data base of donors, categorised by corporate
(active/passive), individuals, (active/passive), lapsed donors.
• Act as key liaison with donors, co-ordinating and working with fundraising volunteers to
maintain regular contact through emails (templated by category) and follow-up on
fundraising leads.
• Generate monthly report based on the categories of donors.
• Manage logistics of fundraising events (virtual or in-ground) and ensure full compliance
with regulations and policies, working with volunteers to steer project management to
final delivery
• Responsible for ongoing communication, tracking fundraising projects’ progress and
status vs. schedule, timings, delays etc. and ensure that fundraising project trackers
are updated at all times
• Manage, monitor and update all fundraising activities and events timelines and set
realistic expectations with stakeholders
• Monitor internal fundraising workflows, identify areas for improvement and make
recommendations
• Follow agreed workflows and utilise relevant project management tools
Fundraising Volunteers
• Recruit/manage a team of fundraising/outreach volunteers.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing and/or fundraising
• Minimum diploma
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good co-ordination skills and good in multitasking
• Able to work independently and being a teamplayer
• flexi working locations; WFH and may need to go SOSD shelter once in awhile depending on business needs
