Responsibilities:
- Support HR department on Administrative work
- Assist with business traveling arrangement and coordination while adhering to business travel policy.
- Administer employee benefits program including insurance plan/welfare program and company events
- Administer manage specific modules for SAP-SF HRIS (leave)
- Coordinate Executive events and functions.
- General administration duties and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE 'N','O' level, Nitec/higher Nitec/Diploma in HR, Business or Office skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Must have experience and familiar in arranging overseas business trips
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organising
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous and conscientious.
- Proactive individual with good planning & organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
