Admin Assistant (Admin exp)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer’s enquiries
  • Answering phone call / Email replying / Login in service call
  • Coordinate and follow-up delivery or installation arrangement schedule with customer
  • Data entry and documentation filling
  • Follow-up on job task assigned by Supervisor
  • Coordinate and collaborate with difference department to ensure all customers’ requirements
  • and needs are fulfilled
  • Responsible for preparing costing and/or quotations
  • Keep track on the inventory level, order status and payment schedule
  • Handle sales or service enquiries and order processing
  • Follow on customer hardware warranty or contract period
  • General administrative duties & other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Familiar with Microsoft (excel, words etc…)
  • Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
