- Able to commit immediately till end October 2024 (subject to extension)
- Mon to Fri Office Hours
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers on their enquiries on schemes and services of the company
- NO SALES INVOLVED
- Training will be provided
Requirements:
- GCE ”O” Level and above
- Preferably with Customer Service experience in the service industry
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess Good Customer Service Skills
