Contract Role
Monthly Salary: up to $2500 per month
Job Scope:
- Assist programme manager in administrative duties
- Manage and follow up with enquiries received and consult officers for any complex issues
- Assist with the monthly processing and raising of invoices and any matters relating to invoices
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to seamlessly integrate translated content into marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in business administration
- 3 to 5 years of working experience preferably in Customer Care Management and/or Ops Admin Management
- Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc.
- Proficient in Pivot Table will be advantageous.
- Meticulous with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and be proactive.
