Job Scope:
- Support children with learning, behavioral and developmental needs in mainstream preschool and schools
- Work with the teachers in the classroom to support these children to participate in their daily curriculum
- Work with the team to plan and implement social, emotional and/or behavioural interventions with these children
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments as and when necessary
- Develop intervention and lesson plans for the children that require support
- Develop and apply holistic teaching methods and approaches, strategies and tools in clinic and at schools
- Provide thorough documentation and timely communication of progress and interventions
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Special / Education, Early Childhood or Psychology
- Experience teaching children with special needs
- Have a strong command of English and have good organizational skills
- Able to work independently and yet be a good team player
