Job Descriptions:
- Processing day-to-day Stock and Stock Assembly transactions, to check the accuracy of the daily inventory data entry by warehouse personnel.
- Maintaining proper records of documentation and ensure orderly filing and entries of all inventory/production records.
- Input sales orders, delivery orders, and stock receipts into the accounting system in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly inventory reports as required by customers.
- Liaise with customers regarding stock reports and collaborate with warehouse personnel to resolve any disputes.
- Ensure raw materials are replenished when stock reaches minimum levels.
- Responsible for the production material inventory accuracy and assist in physical stock count at warehouse.
- Assist with processing and filing accounting vouchers, including staff petty cash and expense claims.
- Assists with annual audit exercises for the company.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by superior including administrative work.
Requirements:
- At least LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 1 year working experience in accounting. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Able to work as a team / individually to contribute to strategizing and adding value to the company
- Familiar with AutoCount/SQL software will be an added advantage.
- Mature, self-motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
