RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proudly represent the company in all areas, present all information regarding global service possibilities and new products in our offer
- Perform inspection and provide maintenance of all Marine Fire Safety products (fixed and portable Fire systems, portable equipment)
- Reporting any conditions that negatively impact the quality of the services to the supervisor
- Reporting any delays in the service schedule to the supervisor
- Recording the correct usage of spare parts from inventory
- Prepares required paperwork for certificates
- Provide technical assistance as needed to Service Planner
- Recording the correct usage of spare parts from inventory
- Inspect and maintenance of Company property (equipmentand tools)
Additional task include:
- Assist other departments when manpower requirements warrant this and asdesignated by your supervisor
- Give input to your supervisor on improvement of ourservice process when you become aware of such opportunities
- Keeping the company’s premises in a clean and presentable condition, which includes cleaning up the workspace and storage areas (inside and outside thebuilding) and depositing waste in the appropriate dumpster
- Condemn and dispose of MFS items as instructed by yoursupervisor
You are further expected to:
- Able to work on the Customer’s / vessels schedule (weekends, overtime)
- Show willingness to self-training and learn both frommembers within the service team and
- members from other parts of the organization
- Be a team player.
- Have a positive, professional and helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers
