As a Associate Executive for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients' care. We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities

  • Raise Purchase Request and manage the storage and usages of services, equipment, general supplies and medical consumables
  • Monitor and track utilisation trends for all supplies
  • Assists in the preparation of procurement documents
  • Update and maintenance of asset records on a regular basis. Trouble shoot IT issues and/or escalate to relevant parties
  • Correspond with internal and external stakeholders to verify and ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly invoices
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes, handling administrative tasks such as coordinating paperwork, apply relevant resources, set up work station, updating relevant records and any other relevant ad hoc activities
  • Support planning of manpower roster and verification of monthly timesheets
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required (i.e data entry, providing general office support

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literate
  • Enjoy doing hands-on work and likes to be on the ground to handle matters
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a good team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently
  • Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
