Job Description
· In charge of a wide range of brands
· Liaising and holding meetings with the respective vendors
· Assist in the management of daily operations
· Seek opportunities to improve knowledge about selling, products, sales, and service techniques.
· Liaising with different brand buyers to on merchandising and new stock's arrival.
· Responsible for the operations of the production line including quality control, hygiene and sanitation, workplace safety and manpower planning according to prescribed standards
· Supervise and oversee food-pan sanitation process for production operation
· Responsible for equipment maintenance and periodic calibration
· To assist the Outlet Manager in managing the day-to-day operational setup of the eatery, maintaining excellent food quality, and supervising staff.
· Ensure all food & beverage handling processes are followed at all times in accordance with the NEA regulations.
· Ensure efficient use of resources and minimization of wastage.
· Other ad-hoc duties directed by the Director, as and when required
Requirement
· Preferably with 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
· Good team player and strong customer service skills.
· Keen to learn and grow in the food & beverage industry
