Digital Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Identify and evaluate digital tools, platforms, and systems that can improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all digital initiatives support long-term growth and sustainability.
Process Automation & Optimisation
- Analyse existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
- Implement and manage tools for process automation to increase productivity and reduce manual work.
- Streamline operations across departments using digital tools.
Data Management & Analytics
- Implement systems for effective data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Introduce data-driven decision-making tools to help improve business processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Technology Implementation
- Lead the selection, deployment, and integration of new software and hardware solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure the smooth adoption of digital tools across the company through training and support.
Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect the company’s digital assets.
- Assess and mitigate digital risks to the company’s operations and data.
- Ensure business continuity through effective digital risk management practices.
Change Management
- Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement.
- Engage employees at all levels to adopt new digital tools and processes.
- Lead training and workshops to improve digital literacy and reduce resistance to change.
Future-Proofing the Business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that can benefit the business.
- Develop strategies to adapt to new market challenges and technological advancements.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare and manage the digitalisation budget.
- Ensure cost-effective implementation of digital projects without compromising quality or security.
- Track ROI and performance metrics of digital transformation efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, Business, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
- Experience in leading digital transformation and sustainability projects, preferably in an SME environment.
- Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and software for process automation and business optimisation.
- Knowledge of sustainability best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and employee engagement.
