Customer Service Coordinator (Service devision)
• Answer service phone calls, inquiries pertaining to company services
• Coordinate daily service activities
• Escalating service support issue when required
• Prepare quotation for parts / maintenance contract / Credit Note / Debit note / Letter etc.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min "N" Level or higher with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in call center.
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good in time management to be able to meet deadlines and pressure and to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
