This position will demonstrate efficient and friendly F&B Service Supervisor, with a keen eye for details to identify any service lapse. You should possess a good service mindset; perform duties that lead to a high level of customer satisfaction within company guidelines and policies, as well as provide strong support to your superiors to work to improve the restaurant operations.

As a F&B Service Supervisor, you are responsible for assisting Assistant Manager/ Manager managing day to day service operation of our restaurant during their absence, which include:


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offering a friendly, efficient and professional services to all guests; process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly and professionally.
  • Consistently exceed guest expectations & constantly reviewing service delivery, ensure guest requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement work processes and manuals effectively and efficiently - **Managing staff.
  • Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of restaurant operations.
  • Promote and sell our range of products to guests.
  • Attend to guests' complaints, needs and enquiry.
  • Requisite supplies and dealing with suppliers/contractors for the restaurant.
  • To provide a clear handover during shift changes and ensure each shift is reviewed and handovers/briefings are carried out.
  • Maintain an efficient team, driving the team towards the objectives of the Company.
  • Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant.
  • Maintains utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff.
  • Manage junior employees’ performance in line with job descriptions.
  • Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA & HSA policy.
  • Follow the company's SOP & policy

Supervisor is responsible for overall oversight responsibility of the above and management of staff.


Candidates with Food and Beverage, Retail and Customer Service experience is a plus.

5 days’ work week (including weekends/ public holidays).

Possess 2-3 years of F&B supervisory experiences.
