Job Responsibilities:
• Has personal customer base and influence in the beauty industry
• Source for prospect new customers and maintain existing customers base
• Maintain high level of service standards and brand image
• Bring about revenue objectives
• Meet and achieve Sales Targets (KPI) as set by Management
• Manage day-to-day sales and operations
• Lead a team of specialists and therapists to provide professional consultation and services
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
• Previous successful experience in sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets.
• Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capability to effectively manage operations and resources.
• Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage
