This position will demonstrate efficient and friendly F&B Service Captain, with a keen eye for details to identify any service lapse. You should possess a good service mindset; perform duties that lead to a high level of guests’ satisfaction within company guidelines and policies, as well as provide strong support to your superiors to work to improve the restaurant operations.
As a F&B Service Captain you are responsible in the service operation of restaurant & bar, which include:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Supervisors and Managers in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.
- Ensure guests’ have a pleasant and memorable dining experience
- Constantly obtain guests’ feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining areas.
- Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables.
- Promote sales and be familiar with promotions and menu.
- Attend to guest complaints.
- To handle cashiering duties.
- Assist to upsell promotions and membership.
- Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant.
- Maintains utmost service standards and discipline/grooming among the service staff.
- Supervise and train the part time service staff to Outlet standards of excellence.
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of restaurant operations.
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA & HSA policy.
- Attending to guests’ needs and enquiries.
- Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies.
- Follow the company's SOP & policy.
Candidates with Food and Beverage, Retail and Customer Service experience is a plus.
