Job Description
- Create general ledger & journal
- Make fund trasnfers by cheque, online banking, paynow, etc.
- Manage A/R, A/P, Deposit, Cash Balance, etc.
- Assist in quarterly GST filing and suppport external audit
- Admin Works (ex. Utilities Management, etc.) are asked on regular (or) an ad hoc basis
Job Requirements
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Meticulous
- Ability to multi-task and be efficient in meeting deadlines
- Independent worker but good team player
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills
- Internet savvy
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft excel)
