JOB SCOPE
- Collaborate with various departments within the Supply Chain on daily operational matters.
- Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning, supporting the production schedule.
- Monitor inventory, review PO backlog, and generate daily receiving lists for the warehouse.
- Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support plant operations and meet customer shipment demands.
- Analyze and closely monitor excess and obsolete inventory.
- Manage forecast accuracy and review safety stock requirements.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on delivery arrangements to meet customer requests.
- Ensure planning activities and procedures comply with ISO 14001/9001 standards.
- Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma in any field with at least
- Min. 2 years of experience.
- SAP Planning experience is an added advantage.
- Material planning related experience.
- Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality
