Job Description
- Good understanding in WSH Act. legal requirements
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Management systems at work sites
- Conduct regular WSH inspection and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance
- Attend site safety meeting and troubleshoot site HSE issues
- Promote safety and health at the workplace. E.g Safety Campaign, Safety Day, etc.
- Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all Workplace Safety and Health issues
- Collect HSE Statistics and conduct Trend Analysis
- Coordinate and conduct safety briefing / training
- Conduction routine systematic safety meeting/ audit/ inspections
- Coordinate and maintain records of site safety orientation and training & Daily Toolbox Talks
- Coordinate and conduct safety briefing/ induction / Fire Evacuation Drill / training inclusive Bukom induction and know safety related KPIs
- Conduct risk analysis, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Administrate monthly safety reporting & statistics
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- WSQ Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent
- Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and Proficient of MS Office
- Preferably able to start work within short notice/immediately
