Job Description:
- Support the work of the Community Engagement team
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics and setup
- Support event registration, volunteer management, and on-site operations
- Help with promotional materials and outreach efforts
- Manage and update the store using Excel spreadsheets
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns, events, and activities
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills:
- Experience with event planning and coordination, design, logistics, and bookkeeping is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
