Job Description:
As our Sales Support Specialist, your role is not to sell, but to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction. This role requires responsibility and responsiveness in communication with customers and internally among our teams. (during working hours!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Coordinate measurement & installation appointment for customers to be serviced by our technician team.
- Order Management: Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment for our customers.
- Communication: Liaise between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any potential challenges.
- Bookkeeping: Tally payments with invoices, as well as expenses, keeping accurate records.
- Customer Support: Address post-sales customer inquiries and resolve matters in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Does not matter to us.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Personal Traits: Excellent communicator, well organized, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 monthly, commensurates with experience and compatibility with the role.
