Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team to develop integrated, multi-channel campaigns for both consumer and professional markets using a standardized methodology and process.
- Oversee the collection, integration, analysis, and interpretation of competitive intelligence and customer data to generate actionable insights that drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop strategic marketing campaigns aimed at driving business growth.
- Identify gaps in marketing toolkits and devise proactive plans to achieve business targets.
- Track the ROI of marketing campaigns, taking swift action to address gaps, manage costs, and enhance revenue growth.
- Promote and establish best practices to enhance team performance and regional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
- 3-6 years of experience in business, marketing, and data analytics roles.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and handle ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and future-oriented thinking skills.
