Reponsibilities:
· Assist the project team in conducting and facilitating comprehensive HR data mapping analysis, bridging existing HR systems with the target system.
· Work closely with HR and IT departments to grasp data requirements, ensuring precise and effective data migration procedures.
· Take the lead in coordinating data transformation initiatives with HR teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational and project guidelines.
· Collaborate with the project team to create and update documentation for data mapping, transformation rules, and migration processes.
· Develop and manage documentation for data migration, encompassing data dictionaries, mapping specifications, and transformation logic.
· Coordinate with IT teams to enhance data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for improved efficiency and performance.
· Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols to validate data accuracy and completeness following migration.
· Provide assistance to HR teams in executing data transformation protocols.
Requirements:
· At least 3 - 5 years of expertise in HR analytics, HRIS, HR software, or managing HR records and documentation.
· Proficient in HR data structures, processes, and regulatory requirements.
· Previous involvement in data migration projects and the implementation of new HR systems is advantageous.
· Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP, and other HR platforms is a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, including data manipulation and validation techniques.
· Capable of effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Possesses excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
