JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a company within real estate investment industry with AUM exeeding $1B, is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join their team.
Reporting to a Manager, the Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for full sets of accounts for the assigned portfolio of SPVs, monitoring cashflow, producing forecasts, reviewing GST and Tax returns, preparing sub-consolidation accounts, financial reporting, variance analysis, and performing financial analysis.
Successful candidates can expect to work in a role with opportunities of growth and training, with an established organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property or hospitality industry
- Experience with Yardi is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge in SFRS/IFRS
