JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Infrastructure Asset Manager will be working closely with the analysts and will be responsible for post M&A operations, overseeing the construction and operations of infrastructure project companies, update on project related matters (funding, documentations, progress updates), handle risk mitigation, reviewing finances and accounts, and developing exit strategies to maximise the project’s ROI.
In addition, the incumbent will also be required to travel for about 30% per-year to visit the project sites which includes reviewing and championing HSES practices and monitoring progress and represent the company in conferences or external events when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant disciplines
- Having CFA or CPA will be advantageous
- Minimum 10 years of experience in both asset management and infrastructure construction/development project management in Asia/SEA, with at least 4 years in leadership position leading a mid-sized team
- Experience with creating and reviewing financial models
- Experience in handling project-financed or concession-financed initiatives, particularly through construction and operational phases.
- Strong track record of building effective partnerships with both public and private sector organizations across South and South-East Asia.
- Proficiency in analyzing project finance models and interpreting funding terms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concisely to a variety of audiences.
