Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Oversee the processing of mark lists and related documentation.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for Board of Examiners’ meetings.
- Document Typesetting: Supervise the typesetting of various academic documents.
- Staff Liaison: Serve as the liaison between the school and other university departments regarding assessment issues.
- Special Assessments: Organize and manage special assessment arrangements for students.
- Workflow Improvement: Initiate and implement workflow improvements and system enhancements to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Timetabling Coordination: Oversee the planning of timetables for undergraduate students, coordinating with various sections and departments to gather necessary information.
- Course Surveys: Manage the coordination of course surveys for program activities and degree program accreditation.
- Student Enquiries: Handle general student inquiries via email and in-person consultations.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in student services and assessment/exam-related functions.
- Prior experience in the education sector and/or programme co-ordination will be advantageous.
- Keen to learn, able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines well.
- Organized and meticulous, with eye for details and accuracy.
