Lead their journey from candidacy development to school selection and application, ensuring they stand out in a competitive landscape. Beyond guiding individual success, you’ll also spearhead initiatives to enhance and expand our admissions program, working closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to drive our mission forward!

Key Responsibilities:

Candidacy Development

  • Develop strategies to enhance student candidacy, including academic planning, extracurricular involvement, and personal growth.
  • Craft personalized roadmaps outlining each student's development journey.

Institution Selection

  • Provide expert guidance on selecting and researching elite educational institutions.
  • Assist in building a balanced list of target schools tailored to each student’s profile.
  • Coach students and families on school visits and advocate for students when necessary.

Application Process

  • Guide the use of application portals and review all necessary documentation, including recommendation letters, personal statements, and financial forms.
  • Prepare students for admissions events and interviews.

Internal Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the student support team to implement each student’s personalized roadmap.
  • Support sales teams during initial consultations to explain our client’s products and services.
  • Present on elite educational admissions at seminars and expositions in various markets.

Program Development

  • Strengthen relationships with private educational institutions to provide more tailored recommendations to students.
  • Identify service gaps and develop scalable solutions to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Train service, sales, and marketing teams on the latest product offerings.
  • Assist in hiring and training additional consultants as the program expands.

Work Expectations:

  • This role requires flexibility, as you will be working with students from regions outside of Asia, including the US and UK, which may require work outside typical office hours.
  • There are no fixed working hours as long as KPIs are met. Performance will be tracked through communications on Slack, recorded mentorship sessions, and the quality of preparation for student meetups.
  • You will be joining a small, specialized team with only one other Boarding School Strategist, and you will report directly to the Director.

Required Experience:

  • Graduated from a Top 30 U.S. or U.K. university.
  • Proven experience in consulting for top-tier educational admissions.
  • Significant experience working with international clients, especially in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Sales or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
