Job Description
- Handle onboarding, offboarding and discipline matters
- Manage all staff leave related processes
- Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
- Handle Grants & Claims
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
- Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- May need to manage full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possesses a recognized degree/Diploma in HRM or Business studies or equivalent
- Comfortable to travel as you may need to travel on site (islandwide) when needed
- At least 2 years of experience in HR
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment

- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary: $3000 - $4000
