Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the Group’s sales targets and expand our client base in digital payment, remittance/DPT multi-currency virtual accounts, capital markets products (including securities and collective investment schemes)
- Lead, manage, and mentor the various sales teams to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role in the financial/fintech industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse local and global market trends and develop effective sales strategies
