Director/Senior Director, Business Development (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the Group’s sales targets and expand our client base in digital payment, remittance/DPT multi-currency virtual accounts, capital markets products (including securities and collective investment schemes)
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the various sales teams to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership role in the financial/fintech industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse local and global market trends and develop effective sales strategies
