Work Location: Island wide
Work Week: 5 days (Flexible hours, will be required to work on weekend if there is event)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event plans, including timelines and budgets
- Oversee event facilities and manage all event details
- Coordinate with other departments to execute the event
- Handle issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems on the event day
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Lead a team of staff to ensure smooth and professional execution process
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and identidy areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and generate creative ideas
- Other ad-hoc dutie
Requirements:
- Min. to have 2 years of working experience in event management
- Good time management to oversee multiple event projects
- Able to work on weekends if there is event
