Our client is a local established Medical Manufcaturer. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Admini Officer to be part of their Administrative Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Admin Officer:
- Handle document preparation, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, fax machines, and photocopiers efficiently.
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing communications via office tools.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
- Oversee the processing of outgoing mail when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related studies
- At least 1 year of administrative experience is highly prefer. Entry level is welcome
