The UX Head Vice President (VP) will drive all User Experience (UX) and Content Management strategies across Company X’s global product portfolio. The role is crucial in ensuring a unified, seamless, and frictionless experience for all users. The UX Head VP will collaborate closely with product teams, stakeholders, and other departments to implement best-in-class UX practices, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of business and user goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for UX matters in executive discussions and decision-making processes.
4. Research and Analysis:
• Oversee user research initiatives to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously improve user experiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX and content management.
5. Design and Implementation:
• Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure that all UX designs are user-focused, visually appealing, and align with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the implementation of UX designs, working closely with development teams to ensure feasibility and quality.
6. Performance Measurement:
• Define and track UX performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of UX initiatives.
• Regularly report on UX performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Management Responsibilities
• Manages a team of expertise comprising of Managers of UX, UI Designers, Content Strategists, UX Researchers, and UX Writers. Provide strategic directions, mentorship to a global team of UX professionals.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for UX projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to UX and content.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in UX design and management, at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading UX initiatives in a global or multinational company
- Expert knowledge of UX design principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and practices.
- Proficiency in user research techniques and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into effective UX strategies.
