• Able to write and reply to social media posting.
• Is organized, meticulous and a detailed person. You will need to update client on schedules, time tables and reports on time.
• Candidate has to have a passion for everything he or she does
• Graduate or Diploma with 1-2 years experience or fresh graduate in Advertising / marketing
• Proficient written and spoken communication skills

Account Management Job Description
• Brand Communications: Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring their brand messaging is consistent across all platforms. Support in crafting and reviewing communication strategies to align with the client's brand identity.
• Brief Writing: Help to draft clear, concise, and inspiring briefs for creative teams. Ensure that briefs include all necessary information about the client's goals, target audience, key messages, and desired outcomes.
• Quotation and Billing: Assist in creating accurate quotations for clients based on project scopes, deliverables, and budgets. Support the billing process by preparing invoices.
• Project Coordination & Internal Workflow: Coordinate with internal teams to manage project workflows, ensuring that each phase of the project is completed on schedule. Keep track of project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met. Regularly update clients on project progress, upcoming deliverables, and any changes to the project scope or timeline.
