Our client is a Shared Services Company managing F&B Operations. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Policy and Planning Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of HR Policy and Planning Manager:
- Develop and implement a global strategic employer brand.
- Align HR initiatives with the company’s mission and strategic vision.
- Create HR strategies and policies to support global business objectives.
- Advise senior management on organizational and people-related issues.
- Collaborate on succession planning aligned with company strategy.
- Foster an inclusive workplace culture that supports diversity and growth.
- Develop strategic recruitment and retention plans for human capital needs.
- Ensure effective hiring, onboarding, and management processes for diverse teams.
- Design competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits plans.
- Lead HR functions, including leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM
- SHRM-SCP / SHRM-CP is an added advantage
- Relevant experience
