Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Consultant with a minimum of 5 years in the industry to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions, custom CRM workflows, and virtual assistants. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions using platforms like Nintex Automation and Creatio.
• Design and implement AI-powered virtual assistants using the DruidAI.com platform to enhance customer engagement and operational workflows.
• Provide expert guidance on integrating AI technologies, including conversational AI and generative AI, into business processes.
• Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, analyze pain points, and propose strategic automation solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Develop and implement custom CRM workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Provide technical leadership in projects, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for implemented solutions.
• Stay current with the latest trends in AI, automation, and CRM development, and incorporate best practices into projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automation, CRM development, or AI-driven solution design.
• Proven experience working with platforms like Nintex Automation (formerly K2 Five) and/or Creatio is essential.
• Expertise in developing AI-powered virtual assistants or conversational AI solutions, preferably with experience using DruidAI.com or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python, with experience in enterprise-level development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience in integrating cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into innovative and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
