Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Facilities Executive to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities of Facilities Executive:
- Set up facilities for logistics operations.
- Ensure critical office, warehouse, and building equipment are operationally ready.
- Oversee facilities management for warehouses and offices.
- Source and manage service providers for various facilities needs, such as M&E, cleaning, pest control, and landscaping.
- Ensure services align with site conditions.
- Review and supervise repair and maintenance contracts, handling minor repairs as needed.
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Engage maintenance services at competitive costs.
- Collaborate with safety teams, customers, and government agencies on facility-related safety and audit issues.
- Ensure procurement and services comply with quality and regulatory standards.
- Perform duties as a Certified Fire Safety Manager.
- Assist with emergency response for fire or facility breakdowns.
- Lead and implement green initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Experience in facilities management of commercial building
