We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to play a key role in elevating our visual

identity and delivering sophisticated, engaging marketing materials that resonate with

our affluent clientele. This role offers significant opportunities with the chance to shape

Dynasty Travel’s creative direction as we continue to expand in the travel category.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design Marketing Collaterals: Conceptualize and create marketing materials including travel itineraries, brochures, MICE project collaterals, presentations, and digital assets for communications (social ads, eDM etc) that exemplify elegance and sophistication, in line with Dynasty Travel’s premium brand.
  • Website & Digital Design: Synergise the branding aesthetic designs with the user experience (UX) of Dynasty Travel’s digital platforms, ensuring that every touchpoint is visually stunning and aligned with luxury travel standards.
  • Creative Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to develop innovative visual concepts for brand campaigns, events, and special projects, ensuring designs are engaging, on-brand, and tailored to our affluent clientele.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Perform desktop research to stay ahead of design trends, particularly in the luxury and travel sectors, to ensure that our visual assets are always relevant, modern, and appealing to our target market.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Dynasty Travel’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels by implementing established design systems and creative guidelines.
  • End-to-End Design Management: Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial brief to final execution, delivering high-quality outputs on time and meeting or exceeding project expectations.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Contribute creative insights during brainstorming sessions, leveraging your design expertise to elevate the overall visual impact of marketing initiatives and client-facing materials.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Success in this role will be measured by the following key performance indicators:


1. Brand Consistency & Design Excellence

  • Ensure that 100% of all marketing materials, digital assets, and design projects align with Dynasty Travel’s luxury brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
  • Achieve consistent brand representation across all channels (print, digital, social media) with minimal revisions or adjustments required post-feedback (target: 90% approval on first submission).

2. Project Delivery & Efficiency

  • Complete 95% of design projects within agreed timelines and budgets, with high-quality outputs that meet or exceed client and internal team expectations.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering outputs on time while maintaining an exceptional level of detail and creativity.


3. Campaign Performance Impact

  • Contribute to a 20% increase in engagement rates on digital and social media platforms through visually compelling design that drives interaction and shares.
  • Support marketing campaigns that contribute to a 15% uplift in lead generation or website traffic through visually captivating assets, ensuring the designs drive user engagement.

4. User Experience (UX) Improvement

  • Enhance the visual and user experience on the Dynasty Travel website, measured by a 10% improvement in page engagement metrics such as bounce rates, time-on-page, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the web team to ensure that 90% of visual updates improve overall user satisfaction and experience, measured by user feedback or surveys.

5. Trend Alignment & Innovation

  • Incorporate design trends and insights from desktop research into at least 80% of design projects, ensuring that Dynasty Travel stays relevant and competitive in the luxury travel market.
  • Deliver innovative design solutions that contribute to the success of at least three new product launches or key campaigns per year, as measured by positive client feedback and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  • Design Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is essential, and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus. Having experience working with Gen AI tools for design would also be preferred.
  • Luxury Design Expertise: A keen eye for luxurious aesthetics, with an understanding of premium design principles, typography, layout, and color theory that evoke exclusivity and refinement.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to ensuring all designs meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
  • Independent & Self-Driven: A proactive individual who can independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Research & Trend Savvy: Ability to perform desktop research and apply design trends that align with consumer preferences and the luxury market’s evolving landscape.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
