College of Engineering (CoE) is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Fellow.
The NTU Centre in Computational Technologies for Finance is a newly created pan-university centre in NTU to coordinate and support NTU’s initiatives, activities and programs in Blockchain. The centre is co-managed by CoE and NBS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental and applied blockchain research with the focus on blockchain with sharding to reduce complexity and resource consumption
- Develop generative and advanced AI algorithms to optimize blockchain and data management platform for industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
- Publish findings in top-tier journals such as IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing and top-tier conferences such as IEEE INFOCOM
- Support major research grant proposals for Blockchain initiatives
Job Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong publication record in top journals and conferences
- Demonstrate high proficiency of communications skill
