Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Science Communications Officer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
Job Requirement:
- Simplify and humanize the science behind the products, creating compelling stories that resonate with a non-scientific audience.
- Collaborate with R&D and Brand teams to align science narratives with brand stories.
- Develop strategies for credentialing and partnerships to enhance story credibility.
- Convert science stories into shareable assets (e.g., slides, brochures, videos, digital content) for various audiences, including customers, media, and influencers.
- Work with Creative and Design agencies to produce these assets.
- Design and execute lab experiments to showcase product benefits creatively.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and manage inventory of demo materials.
- Document experiment results for tracking purposes.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Science or Chemistry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in teaching or setting up science experiments.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with experience in graphic design, photo, and video editing software being an advantage.
