This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, collaborating closely with students, parents, and external training partners.
2. Responsibilities
As a Lead Instructor, your responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and integrating new programming tools to enhance teaching.
- Creating and updating engaging educational materials, such as slides, videos, and coding exercises.
- Designing and adjusting assessment plans based on student needs.
- Teaching coding classes in Scratch, Python, and C++.
- Preparing students for coding competitions.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment.
- Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
3. Educational Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Non-IT candidates with strong programming skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience teaching coding or AI-related subjects.
4. Eligibility Criteria
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in coding instruction.
- Proficiency in English.
- Open to Singaporean, PR, and Malaysian applicants only.
