JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for various accounting functions including general ledger, fixed assets, and account receivables.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Assist in monthly financial closing which includes:

  • Compilation and verification of monthly schedules from Finance Shared Services team
  • Preparation of journals
  • Performing bank reconciliation and audit schedules

ii. Involve in fixed asset functions which include:

  • Verification of fixed asset records in the system
  • Ensure proper tagging of fixed assets

Involve in account receivable functions which include:

  • Issuing of sundry invoices and processing of receipts

iv. Liaison with inter-company parties to follow up on outstanding transactions

v. Assist in department administration

vi. Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned


Job Requirements:

ยท Posses at least GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or NITEC or Diploma in Accountancy
