Our client is a well-established organisation and is looking for someone to join their team due to expansion of business.
You would be responsible for:
- Maintain and manage VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon VDI environments.
- Perform daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Provide 24/7 support for systems and networks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement solutions within SLAs.
- Coordinate with external parties for problem resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead post-delivery projects and compile maintenance reports.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelors/master’s in computer science or related fields.
- Upto 4 years expertise in VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon VDI
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (OS, network, storage, backup).
- SAN/NAS, networking (CCNA), virtualization, and backup/recovery application knowledge.
- Experience in negotiation, conflict management, and vendor relations.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Team player with strong initiative and independent work capability.
