Educational and Professional Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 to 9 years of hands-on proficiency with SAP Finance modules such as FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA, and PS is essential.
- Additional familiarity with TRM and FSCM modules like Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collection Management is beneficial.
- A strong preference for candidates with experience in S/4HANA and multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Technical and Functional Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in SAP Controlling, covering Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
- Demonstrated capability in deploying SAP Finance solutions and ensuring seamless integration with SD, MM, PP, PM modules to enhance product cost controlling and margin analysis.
- Skilled in leading business blueprint sessions, capturing and documenting business requirements, and crafting solutions enabled by SAP.
- Proficient in creating detailed project documentation including business process flows, training materials, and requirements specifications. Familiarity with project management practices is required.
- Extensive background in cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in cost accounting, product costing/inventory valuation (Legal, Profit Centre, Group valuation), and margin analysis.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Central Finance.
- Previous experience in the FMCG or CPG industry will be considered an asset.
