Job Highlights:

Enhance exposure to the government sector

Nearest MRT: Havelock

Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon – Thurs), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: up to $2,500 per month

Contract duration: 11 months


Job descriptions:

  • Handle enquiries such as calls and emails from the employers and migrant workers.
  • Assist to e-route, review and tabulate consent forms and other cases to relevant team
  • from the companies’ submission.
  • Manage consent mailbox and replies.
  • Follow up on clarifications and queries from migrant workers and employers on the requirement.
  • Collate necessary statistics for reporting on status of the compliance checks done.
  • Handling of returned mails for letters sent out by relevant team
  • Manage the queries and process appeals against insufficient quota/ local workforce discrepancy.

Job requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Candidates without experiences are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
