6 Months to 1 Year Contract HR Internship
The Human Resource Recruiter / Intern will be part of the recruitment team to support the day to day recruitment operations.
Duties & Requirements:
- To provide recruitment support and job matching for temporary and contract positions
- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the available job openings and job status
- To screen resumes from job applications, interview and job match applicants base on suitability.
- To arrange and coordinate interview schedule and follow up on the job application status.
- To handle employee enquiries regarding claims, leave balance, benefits etc.
- To support HR Administrative duties including data entry, filing, conducting reference check when necessary.
The successful applicant will be attached to a Senior Recruiter and training will be provided on the job.
Very good job exposure to full cycle of recruitment work for various positions across different industries.
