The ideal candidate will efficiently manage various financial tasks, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and contribute positively to the company's financial stability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for issuing invoice and tracing payment.
- Bookkeeping, balancing and controlling all accounts, including cash, receivables, payables etc.
- Produce Monthly and Yearly financial reports of the Company including but not limited to Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other financial reports required by the Management
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Produce statutory taxation reports, and prepare information for any corporate tax submission and any tax compliance.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent and/or any consultant regarding Accounting and Taxation matters.
- Advise Management on relevant legal matters in terms of accounting, taxation and finance.
- Assist in other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma /Degree in the related field.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
- Special licenses or certifications may be required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes.
