Job Descriptions:
- Carry out maintenance of the building and all M&E works e.g. air-conditioning, electromagnetic locking system, lighting works, fire protection system, and sanitary & plumbing works
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance (PM) for M&E systems
- Carry out trouble-shooting and corrective maintenance (CM)
- Carry out installation of fixtures or replacement works as required by supervisor
- Conduct regular inspection and ensure building, fixtures, and furnishing defects are rectified in a timely manner
- Ensure access, electrical, water, and air conditioning equipment and systems are operational at optimal levels
- Ensure proper documentation of inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, repair and service activities
- Assist the Supervisor in the collection of data related to facility maintenance as and when required
- Liaise with other stakeholders on maintenance matters
- Collaborate with team members to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives are met
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Servicesor equivalent with minimum of Three (3) years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management
- Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
