We are looking for a UX Designer (Crypto Experience) on a 12-month contract basis to support our project in Singapore.
Role Overview:
As a Contract UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our crypto-related products and services. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that meet user needs and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points in the crypto space.
- Design Solutions: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications related to cryptocurrency transactions, wallets, and trading platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
- Usability Testing: Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.
- Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency across all products and platforms.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to inform design decisions and innovate user experiences.
- Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, design specs, and user personas.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on crypto or blockchain-related products designing digital products/services in a B2C environment
- Skills: Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, blockchain technology, and the specific user needs and challenges in this space.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a remote environment or with international teams.
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus but not required.
