About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resource Management & HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our staff resources across various projects while supporting the daily HR operations. This is a unique opportunity for an HR professional with a solid background in resource management, recruitment, and employee relations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient deployment of our workforce while supporting their professional growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management
- Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to support project schedules and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers to identify resource needs and constraints.
- Maintain a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability for efficient deployment.
- Assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements.
- Monitor and track staff deployments, ensuring adequate project staffing and optimal resource utilization.
- Communicate deployment assignments with staff, including location, duration, and responsibilities.
- Analyze resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare regular resource allocation reports for management.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and manage relationships with external vendors.
HR Business Partnering
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including transfers, performance appraisals, promotions, and turnover.
- Conduct onboarding for new joiners and integrate them into deployment plans.
- Oversee offboarding processes, exit interviews, and clearance.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of manpower records in the system.
- Administer disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on deployment-related issues and conflicts.
- Coordinate with managers and training teams to develop training and development plans.
- Monitor staff engagement and satisfaction and recommend strategies to enhance morale.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Resource Management.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret complex materials.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and engage with unstructured data to drive insights.
- Willingness to develop presentation skills and engage with stakeholders.
