Job Overview

The Customer Service Onboarding Intern will assist in contacting clients, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.


Key Responsibilities

· Assist in contacting clients via email, Whatsapp or Wechat for onboarding support.

· Gather and verify necessary documentation from clients.

· Support the onboarding team in resolving client inquiries and complaints.

· Help update and maintain accurate customer records.

· Provide feedback to the team to improve the onboarding process.


What we look for in you

· Currently pursing a Degree or Diploma in Business, Communication, or a related field.

· Strong communication skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

· A pro-active and eager-to-learn attitude.
