Key Responsibilities
· Assist in contacting clients via email, Whatsapp or Wechat for onboarding support.
· Gather and verify necessary documentation from clients.
· Support the onboarding team in resolving client inquiries and complaints.
· Help update and maintain accurate customer records.
· Provide feedback to the team to improve the onboarding process.
